Set of Eight 19th Century Venetian Chairs

A splendid matched series of eight Venetian chairs dating from the mid-late 19th century. Stunning royal blue lacquered paint and golden water details and design on the chairs, with subtle brush strokes and a magnificent patina. The color is just perfect. Most of the Venetian chairs in which I am sitting seemed to me to be too straight while they sit very comfortably. The chairs are in Carlo X style created by the Mobilificio Romano born in the first half of the twentieth century, the Chairs were made for the Roman residence of the FARNESE family. The seat cover can be removed and the color under the cover is the same color as the fabric.
